The villa offers 345 m2 of living space:
The entrance leads to the dining area and living room, with sea views, and equipped with a fireplace, flat screen TV with international satelite, DVD, Wifi internet access, Ipod connexion and music system. The dining area with seating for 6 people and leads to the kitchen,  which is fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, separate wall oven, microwave and dishwasher. The Kitchen has a door leading outdoors.

Bedroom area:
Left of the entrance are two double bedrooms with independent access from the pool. One have double bed and the other with twin beds possible to be join like a king size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and sea views and one of them has a en-suite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom has a separate bathroom with shower.

The other two bedrooms are separate suites and accessed only from the outside:
Suite one: is upstairs and accessed from an outdoor staircase leading to the right to a large bathroom with a cement stone tub. The double bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed (1.80 x 2.00), TV and with sea views opening up to a private rooftop terrace equipped with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers.

Suite two: is at ground level in a separate building. It contains a king sized bed (1.80m x 2.00m), TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. This room is access through its own private door or large glass sliding doors leading out to the terrace area.

Exterior:
Grounds 2.450m2 : Private drive in with electric gates lead to a large parking area. Past the parking and separated by a small wall is the pool area and chill out equipped with several separate seating areas, separate table under shaded canopy that seat 10 with built in barbecue. Infinity and salty water swimming pool 6m x 8m surrounded by 6 sun loungers.
Two separate chill-out areas have been created for watching the sunset and an outdoor table shaded by a vegetation.
The property is accessed through electric gates, allowing for increased privacy and security.
