Quiet area with wide and open views. The house has 250m² and more than 3.500m² of terraces and gardens. This traditional Ibizenca house was built in the eighteenth century. Beside the house is a tower of refuge built in the late S. XVII, which was recently declared BIC ( Cultural Interest).
The house is located just 350 m from the main town of San José which has all the necessary amenities such as a supermarkets, chemist, petrol station, banks, restaurants, taxis… All the beaches of the South of the island such as Ses Salinas, Cala Jundal, Cala Conta, Cala Tarida or Cala d’Hort and it’s emblematic islet of Es Vedra are within 12 Km. Ibiza town is at 14 Km.
