Alibiza is a top house of 150m2 for 6 people and unique due to its 3 floors, decorated with great taste. This makes a beautiful view of the extensive green surroundings possible and offers complete tranquility.
The villa is located in Benimussa, at the end of a quiet country lane, near the village of San Agustin. Here is a popular restaurant, best known among the locals, called Can Berri Vell.

It is 10 minutes by car to the lively town of San Jose, where there are also many restaurants. It
beautiful beach of Cala Bassa is about 15 minutes’ drive away. The airport and Ibiza town are approximately 20 minutes’ drive.

There is an L-shaped swimming pool (3×8) close to the house (note the floor around the pool, can be a bit slippery when it is wet).
There is a BBQ, an outside dining table, a sun terrace and a nice chill out.

The main entrance is on the first floor and leads to a living room with a spacious one on one side dining room and on the other side the kitchen. The kitchen is open, rather compact, but with all conveniences to provide.
In the salon there are 2 comfortable sofas, a plasma TV with Canal + Satellite TV and a music installation with Bluetooth.

The villa has a total of 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, also with separate entrance. is the master bedroom with a double bed (180×200). There is a nice, spacious dressing room, bathroom with large walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a private terrace.
On the 2nd floor are the 2 other bedrooms:
1 with a double bed (160×200) and bathroom ensuite.
And 1 with 2 single beds (can also be made up as a double bed) with a separate shower and toilet.
All rooms have air conditioning.

The villa has a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, perfect for families who want to enjoy the quietness of the countryside of Ibiza.

We recommend renting a 4×4 or higher car (a fiat panda is already enough) because the last 150 meters of the road to the villa is a bit bumpy. There is parking space for several cars.
