In the village of Sant Josep, there is a bigger supermarket only 10 minutes away by car. The closer beaches to the villa are located 3-4 km away like Es Cubells beach, Ses Boques beach and Es Torrent. Only 10min away by car you can find the Cala D’Hort beach with great views towards Es Vedra. Cala Jondal beach known by hosting great beach clubs like Blue marlin is located 10-15min away by car.
Ibiza town is situated 20min away from the villa, and the village of san José is only 10 min away. Ibiza International Airport is 15km away.

Fully equipped opened kitchen with gas hobs, smoke extractor, electric oven (brand Smeck), microwave, dishwasher (brand Miele), Refrigerator (brand Siemens), mixer, coffee machine (brand Jura) uses natural coffee seeds, shaker, toaster and kettle. Washing machine located in a unit next to the kitchen.
1 double bedroom with a double bed (1.80m x 2m) with a bathroom in suite with shower. Access to a private terrace.
1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm x 2m). Access to terrace. This bedroom is connected with 1 bedroom with a small double bed (1.20 x 2m) (Sofa-Bed). Access to terrace. 1 complete bathroom with shower accessed from the single bedroom.

1 double bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2m). Master bedroom. Bathroom en suite with shower and big bath. Access to a private terrace with spectacular views towards the sea and the coast of Es Cubells. The island of Formentera is also on the view.
From Kitchen you can access a zone with a Moroccan style salon in a haima with carpets on the ground, ground sofas, pillows in order to relax and enjoy a drink or tea with friends and family members. Working office table located next to the salon. There is a small cabinet with games and books.
