The villa was renovated with modern quality material in 2016. The villa has about 200m2 living space and is located in S’Argamassa, in between Cala Pada and Cala Martina, where you find the famous Nikki Beach Club (10 minutes walk only!).  The plot is about 900m2 and is completely fenced. The decoration is a modern style mixed with the Ibizencan style. The villa has beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and to the island of Formentera, as it is situated on the first line of the sea with direct access from the property.
The beaches at walking distance are Cala Martina, Es Niu Blau and Cala Pada.

Supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car in Santa Eulària and also you have a local supermarket in the area of S’Argamassa just 2 minutes by car. Ibiza town is about 25 minutes by car and Ibiza airport is about 30 minutes from the villa.
