This modern villa in the North with three different levels and located at the cliffs of the famous area Na Xamena in San Miguel. The villa has amazing views to the sea with sunsets. The plot is about 1.000m2 and the house has 250m2 build space.
Only 13 minutes drive from the town of San Miguel and 10 minutes from the beach of Puerto de San Miguel, where you have as well some caves. The beach of Cala Benirràs is only 17 minutes drive,
Santa Gertrudis is 18 minutes and Ibiza city about 28 minutes drive.

The villa consists of three different levels:

First Floor:
1 Double Bedroom with bed of 180x2m and bathroom with shower in suite. Great views to the sea.
1 Double Bedroom with bed of 160x190m and bathroom with shower. Spectacular views to the mountains.
1 Double Bedroom with bed of 180x2m with bathroom, with hidro-massage shower and bath. This room has a private uncovered terrace with spectacular views to the sea, where the sunset takes place.

Main Floor:
Open modern kitchen very well equipped with refrigerator, gas kitchen, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
Room equipped with a laundry machine, dryer, another refrigerator, iron and iron-board and housekeeping material.
Very big living room with a big wood table for 8 guests. Very comfortable sofas placed next to the fire place.
Small WC next to the kitchen.
One big exterior uncovered terrace facing the sunrise with great views towards the mountain. It has a big table and 2 benches for the guests.
Second exterior uncovered terrace facing the sunset on the sea with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. This terrace has sofas for (10 guests)
Third covered external terrace with a table and sofas. Chill out zone to enjoy the sea view and sunset.

Lower Floor (only outside access):
1 Double Bedroom with bathroom and shower in suite. Spacious room with the bed built-in with the same style as the room.
1 Double Bedroom with bathroom and shower in suite. Big room with the bed built-in with the same style as the room.
Both rooms are communicated by a middle door that opens and closes with a key.

Exterior:
2 outdoor uncovered terraces with beautiful views over the sea.
Terrace with sofas and comfortable pillows next to the pool with great views of the mountains and the sea.
Big spacious terrace with Big Barbeque and a wooden table for 10 guests.
