Beautiful restored country villa in the peaceful countryside.

Location
The villa is situated in the north part of Ibiza, close to the village of San Carlos. It has beed restored with highest quality and with eye for the details. This villa can be rented together with it´s sister villa which is situated in the neighbouring property with 7 bedrooms for big groups that need accommodation for up to 24 guests.
Here in the peaceful countryside are plenty of nature walks, fruit trees and vegetable gardens with sheep and horses as your neighbours. Here you live in harmony with nature with all the modern amenities. The many beaches like Aguas Blancas and Cala Nova on the north east coast close by, a short 10 minutes’ drive. You are also 5 minutes from the famous hippy market ´Las Dalias ´in San Carlos.
You also have a local farmers market nearby to supply for your vegetables and fruit.

Living room and kitchen
Step into the villa and you come into the lounge /dining room with high ceilings and a welcoming atmosphere. This is the oldest part of the finca, 500 years old. On the same floor to the right you have a separate big living room with 3 comfortable sofas and a chimney. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, for cooking and serving 10 guests.

Bedrooms and bathroom
The property has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located into two parts. Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor, with bedrooms 2 and 3 in the same part of the villa. Bedroom 1 has it´s own private bathroom and bedrooms 2 and 3 share one.

The stairs from the entrance leads up to bedroom 4 and 5 are located on the first floor. They share a bathroom, located just in between the rooms. Bedroom 5 has it´s own rooftop terrace. There is also a second rooftop terrace with a chill out zone with sunset views overlooking the pool and garden area.

Outdoor
The villa has an outdoor kitchen with a large BBQ space, kitchen and water supply overlooking the pool area that also has a built in jacuzzi (not heated).

A wooden dining table for 10 guests make this area an ideal place for meals during the warm summer months. There is a private pool with sunbeds and a 4 poster Bali bed and a garden. There is also a play area for children with a trampoline and swings.
